Night Shift- sold
33 x 48 acrylic on wood panel
A Herald moth puzzled together with images of flowers it pollinates and derives nectar from. Moths are an integral part of night blooming flowers reproductive strategies. While the bees are sleeping off all that nectar, the moths are hard at work pollinating our crops and night blooming flowers. This painting attempts to show the interconnectedness of nature and reminds us that all the players are vital to the whole.
