Two goldfinches surrounded by flowers that provide them with seeds and fruit and that support their community as a whole. The best way we can support songbirds is by planting species that support them by providing food, shelter, water and nesting sites. Forging pesticides that get into their food supply is also essential. In these works two goldfinches are pictured with poppies, echinacea, marigold, aster and dianthus. A healthy habitat is the best gift we can give wildlife.
